9 months and older. But I bought them and when we got home I gave them to him. At first he had no idea what to do with it. But very soon he just put it in his mouth like anything else and started to chew(gum) on it. He was smiling and loving it. So in my head I was thinking, maybe everyone was right. I have to let go a little and explore. Well not even 15 seconds after I thought that, he started turning red and coughing. I "burped' him trying to make him not cough thinking that it just went down the wrong way. But that didn't work. He was turning brighter red and wasn't coughing as much. So I got him out of his highchair and kinda hard hit his back hoping to get the piece up. Well he did throw it back up and I mean throw that and everything he ate back up. And yes, there was a decent size biscuit that he swallowed and choked on. So of course then I felt guilty because I knew all the things that the box labeled to see if they were ready to eat Easton was not. But I gave him a bottle of juice and I was super mom again( In Easton's eyes). But needless to say I will NOT be giving him these biscuits anytime soon, unless he gets tons of teeth in the very near future. And I will be listening to my Doctor. Ah, now I see why the first baby is the "test baby" because everything is so new and adventurous.
