I'm back
I just wanted to let you know that I am NOT ignoring any of you but for some reason the blog says I do not have enough space to write long blogs or upload pictures. And since I am not a computer person it is taking me a while to figure out how to fix this.

Goodbye, so long, farewell
Every Saturday I wash our pillows, sheets, and blankets. So this past Saturday was no different until I opened the dryer. And saw this......
Yes, my FAVORITE, I mean favorite pillow exploded. I had this pillow for over 10 years. I took it from my parents home when I moved into my house. I
I had most of the mess cleaned up until Easton took it out of the bag.
Hence the running away from me.

Roooaaarrrr
You should always count the crayons
The title of the blog says it best. Everyone should always count the number of crayons a child gives you once they are "done" with art. Once you look at the pictures I hope you can put two and two together.

A look back
I can't believe that in a couple of weeks Easton will be 2 years old. How time flys by when your having fun. Or in our case when fits are being thrown. But in all honesty Easton is a good kid. And I'm not saying that because he is mine. But he truly is good, fun loving, happy, kid. There are times that I wonder where "my child" went because he is throwing crazy fits. And I tell him many times that what he is doing is not normal...ex trying to bite the wall or table.
Everyone always says that "he is always smiling" and it's true. Unless he doesn't get his way he is smiling or trying to make people smile. Looking back at these pictures I see a child just learning about life and two parents that had no clue on raising a kid. Well, a year later we have an independent learner, who is such a boy getting into everything. And still two parents that have no clue on raising a kid. But all three of us are trying are best and figuring out each other day by day. (But I have a feeling Easton has figured out James and I a little better than we figuring out him)

Day off
James and I both took the day off to spend some family time together. We had many things planned that day. We were going to sleep in, go for breakfast, then to Morton Arboretum, come home take a nap, then maybe go out for dinner. Easton thought otherwise and changed everything. Then only thing that stayed the same was us going to Morton Arboretum. It was so much fun there. We have gone here plenty of other times but today there was NO ONE, there, the weather was perfect, and Easton actually got to do some of the activities. Before he was too young to do them or did not understand what to do.
